AIRCRAFTSMAN" KILLED STRUCK BY PROPELLER ACCIDENT AT OHAKEA [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] PALMERSTON NORTH, "Wednesday A tragic accident at the Ohakea aerodrome at six o'clock tonight resulting in the death of Aircraftsman Arthur Jessop, aged 22. The only information to hand is that Aircraftsman Jessop walked into the orbit of the moving propeller of a stationary aeroplane. His body was terribly mutilated by the revolving blades.

The deceased's father is Mr. A. L Jessop, of Rongotea.
