' The trade mark "Cellophane Is registered in New Zealand under No. 32954 in Class 50 in respect of Sheets of Cellulose obtained by regeneration and transformation of aqueous cellulose solutions and articles and products made with such sheets. The application of the word "Cellophane" to the above-mentioned goods means that such goods are the goods of British Cellophane Limited, and application thereof to any other such goods constitutes an infringement of the rights of British Cellophane Limited.
