HAWAIIAN MUSICIANS
SEASON AT HIS MAJESTY'S The haunting music of the islands was the key-note of "Hawaii Sings," which was presented at His Majesty's Theatre last night by Aliiloa Lincoln's Alohalani Hawaiians. Aliiloa Lincoln himself was notable for his remarkable soprano voice, this being used to best effect in songs in which Dan Kaeka 'took the bass part. The large audience was particularly pleased with the girl dancer, Momi Kaaimoku. Chants from Hawaiian mythology were presented by Johnson Alia, an explanatory commentary being given by Kamauna Hao. The appeal of the items was heightened by elaborate lighting effects. Booking arrangements are advertised.
