RUSSIAN WITHDRAWAL
DISTRICTS IN RUMANIA (Received- July -1, 6.50 p.m.) BUCHAREST, July 20 Russian troops who occupied by mistake small districts along the Bcssarabian frontier have been withdrawn. The situation became confused during the week and inadvertent Russian occupation of certain villages is admitted.
