PROCEDURE UNDER BALLOT MEN MARRIED SINCE MAY 1 USUAL PAY AND ALLOWANCES [BT TELEGRAPH —SrF.CIAL reporter] WELLINGTON, Thursday Men who have married since May 1 will be classified as single for the purpose of the ballot calling them up for service within the Dominion or overseas, but will be paid as married men, according to si statement made by the Minister of Defence, the Hon.
