DIVORCE DECREES
UNDEFENDED CASES Several divorce petitions _ were granted by Mr. Justice Blair in undefended cases in the Supreme Court yesterday. On the ground of failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights, decrees nisi were granted to Margaret Welsh Stone (Mr. Schramm) against Ronald Alexander Stone (Mr. Hubble); to Rebecca Livonia Thomson (Mr. Schramm) against .Tames Alexander Thomson; and to John William Tracev (Mr. Schramm) against Elsie May Tracey. A decree nisi was granted to Violet Myrtle Margaret Silva (Mr. Thomson) against Harold Reginald Silva, on the ground of the husband's adultery. HUSBANDS AND WIVES ORDEBS FOR R INSTITUTION Petitions for restitution of conjugal rights were granted by Mr. .Justice iilair in the Supreme Court yesterday. A salesman,, Clarence Cecil Lewis (Mr. Eawcott), sought a restitution decree against Eileen Maude Mary Lewis. The petitionoi* said relations became strained when he was out of employment, and the respondent and he had a quarrel over their 10-year-old daughter last March. Three days later lie came home to find that his wife, who had a private income of about £7 a week, and daughter, had gone. Ilis wife refused to return to him. A decree for restitution to take effect within ;$0 days was issued.
The puriod for the return of the respondent to the petitioner was fixed at 30 days in the cases of Walter Alfred White (Mr. Schramm) against Alice .loan White and of Leonard Gilbert MeMahon (Mr. Schramm) against Jeanne MeMahon.
