MOUNT KASI EARNINGS j\}ount. Kasi Mines, Limited, Fiji, earned a net profit of £14,130 (Fijian currency) for 1939, compared with £11,648 in 1938, and £8046 in 1937. Profit was struck after allowing for depreciation. £4146, mine development, £6342, and taxation, £1250. A first dividend of 3d a share (A ustralian currency) absorbed £4379. The balance. £9751, together with £1.':!,588 brought forward, is transferred to general reserve. YIELDS OF COMPANIES Argo (West Coast). —41oz. in 135 hours.
