ROOSEVELT NEW YORK, May 13 Increasing emphasis is given in many political quarters to the suggestion that developments in the European war will lead President Itoosevelt to run for a third term. National preparedness, Hitler's threat to world civilisation, and 'concrete assistance to the Allies would be the issues on which ho would compel the Hepublican Parti' to meet him. President Hooscvclt is expected to make the vital point that any leader who does not dare to oppose America's instinct for isolation will leave the country gravely unprepared to meet the inevitable threat of aggression should Hitler bo victorious.
