PRESBYTERIAN BUDGET Tiie financial estimates of the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand for the year 1910-1941 were adopted at a meeting of the Finance Committee of the Church in Wellington. In spite of the unsettled conditions everywhere the figures vary only very slightly i from those of the previous year, and | in most cases thoy show a trifling decrease. I The gross estimated mission expenditure ot £13,654 shows an increase of J £4, and is made up of £23,349 for foreign missions, £12,230 for home missions and £7975 for Maori missions. Tho total of £47,214 estimated to be spent on all the budgeted schemes of the Church is £lB less than last year. The sum of £37,493 required to be raised by congregations lor all the mission schemes is £221 Jess, and tho £40,943 asked from congregations for all schemes is £333 less. Tho slight decrease is on account of larger amounts expected from sources other than congregations.
