PETROL RESTRICTIONS
Sir, —In view of the fact' that petrol restrictions are vigorously in force and that the allowance is liable to be even less in the near future, I suggest that the re-registration fee of private motorcars should be reduced considerably. This should also call for a reduction in annual insurance premiums, for the duration of the war, as car owners are using their vehicles considerably less and, therefore, are less liable to meet with accidents. ' Fair Plat.
