MEMORIAL TO MR. SAVAGE

Sir, —There will be numerous suggestions for a suitable memorial to the late Prime Minister. 1 would like to suggest that the Seddon Memorial Technical College bo extended right to the top of Wellcslcy Street and bo suitably named. The late Mr. Savage always took a keen interest in the youth of New Zealand and, as the principal of the college has repeatedly stated that the college is not large enough, 1 think it would bo a fine gesture and a splendid reminder to our youth that the late Prime Minister had indeed followed in the steps of the late Mr. Seddon. Thus their names would bo for ever linked together. Hivruiikad.
