95 PER CENT AT HAMILTON [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Monday An excellent col lection of rates was made by the Hamilton Borough Council for the year ended March -31, 1940, the amount received totalling £72,«552, or 95.13 per cent of -the total Jevied. Of the outstanding rates £3854 was collected, equalling- 70.35 per cent of the arrears. For the year 19oS-39 t1..0 collections equalled 93.63 per cent, while 75.3 per cent of the arrears was received.
