CAR FAILS TO STOP QUEEN STREET ACCIDENT INQUIRIES BY THE POLICE A pedestrian on the Queen Street pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Victoria Street was struck shortly after 10 o'clock last night bv a small motor-car which failed to stop. He was Mr. David Bolot. aged 31. married, a manufacturer, of 22 Pencarrow Avenue, Mount Eden. Mr. Bolot was admitted to the Auckland Hospital with concussion, but his condition was reported to be not serious. The vehicle was travelling up Queen Street and there were a number of people in the vicinity at the time of the accident. Inquiries were made by the police.
