Seavill, R.A.F.. formerly of Waingat'o, lias been appointed to the stall of the Air Ministry in Ottawa. Canada, in connection with the Kinpire air scheme. Squadron-Leader Seavill received his preliminary training at Mangere and also completed more advanced instruction under the late Squadron-Leader I). M. Allan.
