VEHICLE CAPSIZES
PLUNGE INTO MANGROVES THREE MAORIS IN HOSPITAL [from our own corrkspondf.nt] WHANGAREI, Wednesday Suffering from lacerations and minor injuries received in a motor accident, four Maoris were brought to the Whangarei Hospital last evening. They were Mrs. Whcna Paul, Mrs. llita Pou, Mrs. Tua and Wiri Pou, all of Tinopai. After attention, Mrs. Tua was able to return home, but the others remained in hospital. # The Maoris were all occupants of a motor-car driven by Mrs. Tua, which was proceeding from Whangarei when at Oakleigh it skidded and left tho road, The car capsized down a 12ft. bank, landing on its side among the mangroves in the mud of n tidal flat.
