A I'll OWN COItUKSI'ON DKNT] WARK WORTH, Wednesday There was a good attendance of dogs from as far south as Cambridge and Moriinsvillo ill (he sheep dog trials held by the Rodney Agricultural and Pastoral Society at tlio Warkworth showgrounds on Monday and yesterday. The judge was Mr. N. 13. Clifford, of Morrinsville. Following were the awards:— Class I. Long head: G. C. Herbert's Tip, 1; ,i. W. Caswell's Ross, 'J; IT. Wallis' King, G. hambie's Storm. I. Class Short head and yard: A. Ariell's Ben, t; D. W. Ariell's Toss, 'J; W. K. Nelm's Mae West, 11. _ Class ■">. — Hiinlaway: G. C. Herbert's Sandy, 1; J. W. Caswell's Lovo, 'J; J. Clayden's' Happy, :tMr. (1. l-ambies prize for residents of uodney County scoring most points in classes 1 and A. H. Joyce's Nigger. Mr. A. Hope's medal for residents of Rodney County scoring most points ill classes I, •_> and :i.—J. Clayden's Happy. Mrs. A. Morrison's prize for maiden rompelilors in classes I and 'J.—A. H. Joyce. Mr. G. Millie's cup for competitors under 20 in classes I, 'J and U. —J. Petrin. Mr. 11. Sloalie's prize for competitors ander •JO showing best generalship with (log.—J. I'efrie.
