Mr. F. W. Doidge, M.P., accompanied by Mrs. Doidge, left for Wellington by train last night. Captain Lord Dormer, A .P.C. to the Governor-General, Viscount Galway, was a passenger for Wellington by the limited express last night. Mr. W. 1?. Barlow, chairman of the Auckland Harbour Hoard, and Mr. D. Holdcrncss, superintendent, left by train last night tor Wellington. Archbishop Averill and 'Mrs. A.veri.ll left by the limited express, last night oiV their way to Christchurch. They expect to be absent for about three weeks. Lieutenant-Colonel Selwyn Kenrick, who has been spending leave in Auckland, was a passenger by the limited express last night on his way back to camp at Burn ham. \ Mr. A. Sparks, of. Sydney, and Mrs. Sparks are visiting Auckland. They will also visit Rotorua arid Wellington before returning to Australia in about thred weeks. They are at the Hotel Cargen. Mr. H. Scott-Ram, of the Asiatic Petroleum Company, Limited, Kuala Lumpur, accompanied by Mrs. ScottRam, has arrived in Auckland on holiday. They will remain in the Dominion about a month. They are at the Hotel Cargen. Mr. C. C. Willson, accountant of the Chartered Bank of India, Australia and China, who is stationed in Hongkong, has arrived in Auckland on holiday. Hp is accompanied by Mrs. Wilson. They propose spending about five weeks in the Dominion before returning to Australia to complete their holiday.
