Methodist and TVoshyterian communities of Otorohanga comhined recently to hold n Harvest Thanksgiving Service in the .Maihiihi Hall, hater the goods'were sold and the sum of CMS ohtained for division among the three churches. A dance was held in honour of local members of the second echelon. Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force. The function took place in the Otorohanga Town Hall. Mr. and Mrs. C. Langkilde, who formally years have heen residents of Otorohanga. have left to live at St. Heliers Hay, Auckland. Prior to thendepart lire they were entertained at various farewell functions promoted by local sporting clubs.
