DEATH OF SOLDIER

UNDERGOING OPERATION [by telegraph—own correspondent] HAMILTON, Tuesday While undergoing an operation in the Waikato Hospital this evening, Private Richard Moynihan, aged 22, a member of the New Zealand Engineers encamped at Papakura, collapsed and died. He was admitted to the hospital this evening from Ngaruawahia, where he had been on leave. An inquest will be opened to-morrow.
