Grierson, said the recent district conference was an outstanding success, and Auckland; represented by 19 members, 13 of whom were accompanied by their wives, won the Coltv Cup tor attendance, being over 1000 points ahead of the next club, Wellington. The next conference would be held in Ounedin

Mr. Grierson added that Mr. I). A. F.wen, of Wellington, had agreed to being nominated for a second term as district governor in New Zealand of Rotary International. It was reported that the forum to be held at Orewa on April 5 and 6 would be attended by Rotarians from Auckland. Whangarei and Dargaville. Visitors to the luncheon included Messrs. G. Claridge (Dunedin). W. P. Griffith (New Plymouth), N. M. Keane (Rotorua'i. R. L. Drummond (Whangarei),- B. S. Angus (Dargaville). J. E. Page, H. E. Roberts, A. Ely, W. H. Cocker, L. K. Munro and A. R. Thompson (Auckland).
