OBITUARY
MR. WILLIAM J. MARTIN Ths death has occurred of Mr. William J. Martin, an old resident of Korthcote. Mr. Martin, who wus born in London 82 years ago, served his apprenticeship with the London and North Western Locomotives Works and later worked in Canada and the United States. He came to New Zealand in 1906. After a short period at Ruakura, Mr. Martin opened up business in Auckland. He later joined the staff of the 'Auckland Transport Board.
