LONDON CHILDREN
EVACUATION PLANS British Wireless LONDON, March 7 Plans for the second evacuation of children from London were announced to-day. They cover a larger area than the one in the plan carried out at the beginning of the war. The scheme applies only to school children over the age of five years, who are to he evacuated only when the Government considers events require it. The plans will take six days to carry out. There are about 4o0,00() school children in London available for registration for evacuation. Among tliem are about 100.000 who were evacuated in September, but who have returned. There are still about 100.000 wkj have been in reception areas since the first week of the war.
