ARRESTS FOLLOW ISSUE (Received March CJ, 5.35 p.m.) PARTS, March 5 The discovery of multigraphed copies of the banned newspaper L'Humanite led to the arrest of 10 Communists, including a sub-editor of L'Humanite.
