OBITUARY

MR. H. D. REESE [from our own correspondent] CAMBRIDGE, Wednesday The death has occurred at his residence, Feneourt, of Mr. Harold Daldy Reese, a prominent Cambridge farmer, aged 06. Mr. Reese was born at Masterton. He came to Cambridge 32 years ago. With his mother, lie farmed an area of 800 acres in the Hinuera Valley. He took up his Feneourt property in 1921.

In earlier days Mr. Reese was a prominent Rugby forward. At the age of IG, he was a representative player for the Forty-Mile Bush, and subsequently represented Rangitikei, Manawatu, Horowhenua, Grey, Buller, Waikato and Cambridge.

He is survived by his wife, one son and 0110 daughter.
