NEW DALAI LAMA
(Received February 9, 5.6 p.m.),. LONDON, Feb. 8 A report from Lhasa,. Tibet, says the nevr boy Dalai Lama has assumed thpname of "Tender Glory, Mighty in Speech, Excellent in Intellect, Absolute in Wisdom, Holding to Doctrine." Throngs of monks, nuns and people are filling the roads on their way to the installation ceremonies.
