FACILITIES AT OTAHUHU Although the Seddon Memorial Technical College is overcrowded, the situation with regard to technical education is greatly eased by the fact that the high school at Otahului still has ample accommodation. This ' school: also offers opportunities to those children over 14 who have not obtained a Form* 11. ■ certificate, who.' through lack of space, cannot be admitted to the city, school, although practical trade courses are open to them. It is considered certain that all children who cannot gain entrance to the city school will be granted free railway passes to enable them to attend at Otahuhu. .
