YOUTH ACQUITTED
A verdict of not guilty was returned by a jury in the Supreme Court yesterday in a case against Francis Drake, draper, aged IS (.Mr. Dickson), who denied a charge of unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl under the age of 16. on October 10. Accused was discharged by Mr. Justice Cnllan, when the jury returned after a retirement of 21 hours.
