COUNTIES ASSOCIATION
The first social evening to be held this year by the Cumberland and Westmoreland Association took place last xveek. Tho vice-president, Mrs. K. I'. Hutehings, welcomed the guests. During the evening items were given by Mrs. V. Urittain, Mrs. Wool ley. Mrs. Reading, Mr. and Mrs. Pratt, Miss Hallidn.v, Mr. Slater and Mr. ,T. Reid. The evening concluded with dancing, which was conducted by Mrs. Lewthwait6 and Mr. P. Cowper. wlio danced an exhibition fox-trot glide.
