NEWS FROM TIRAU
Mrs. S. J. Bear and Mrs. Batley, sen., have returned home from a motor tour of the North Island. Miss Helen Watkins has returned to •Hamilton after spending the school holidays with her parents at Okoroire. Miss J'* Gray, of Tirau, is visiting friends at Raglan. Mrs. H. Main and Mrs. Bert Main arc spending a holiday at Waihi Beach. Miss Jean Carruth, of Stanley Park, Okoroire, has left by car for Wellington, where she will spend a holiday.
Miss Laura Bear, of Tirau, was a recent visitor to Wellington. Mrs. H. Wright is touring the North Island. Mrs. F. Rose and her family have returned home from a visit to Wellington. Mrs. J. Wilkinson will return home this week from a holiday at Mount Maunganui. Miss Dorothy Graham will return to Okoroire this week after spending the school holidaj's at Wellington and Auckland. Mrs. Trevour Bear and her family, of Tirau, are spending a holiday in Auckland.
