CHARGE ADMITTED
Charged with the theft of engineers' tools valued at £2 at Mercury Bay on August 31, John Charles Hamley Brain, aged 31, fisherman, pleaded guilty in the Police Court, before Mr. C. 11. Orr Walker, S.M., yesterday. Accused was ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within a year, and an order was made for restitution.
