CONDEMNED IRISHMEN LARGE DUBLIN MEETING (Received February 6, 0.5 p.m.) DUBLIN, Feb. 4 A largo meeting at Mansion House, under the presidency of the ladv Lord Mayor of Dublin, Mrs. Tom Clarke, nrged the better elements of the British people and Cabinet to exercise wise statesmanship by reprieving the two V -under sentence of death in ,the Birmingham gaol.
