HARBOUR DROWNING

MAN'S BODY IDENTIFIED The body of the elderly man drowned in Mechanics' Bay on Thursday evening was identified yesterday as that, of Mr. Frank Harvey, aged about 82 or 84, of Massey Road, Mantircwa. At an inquest opened before Mr. F. K. Hunt, coroner, a neighbour, Henry Bruce Murray, said deceased was born in Bristol, England, and had no relatives in New Zealand. Witness said he never heard deceased express any intention of taking his life. The inquest was adjourned sine die.
