OUR HERITAGE
Sir,—What a self-satisfied nation we are! Do wo not realise yet that 16.000 Jads of ours were killed in the last war, for this wonderful flag of ours which we live under,-and. that 20,000 were maimed and are still carrying on so that all of us could have the highest standard of living of any country in the world ? We talk a lot of this wonderful country of ours. Surely it is worth fighting for —New Zealand and the wonderful heritage we have got. 6/6/2.
