"IN THE MONEY"
FORMER BOXING CHAMPION JACK DEMPSEY'S WEALTH Jack Dempsey, former world heavyweight boxing champion, who earned more than £500,000 and became '•broke" six years ago. is on tho way to becoming a dollar millionaire again. His enterprises have already brought him £150,000, according to his friends. His partner in the restaurant business in which he is now making money is Mr. Jacob Ainron. "Dempsey," Mr. Amron stated, "is in the cloak and suit business with Bill Taub. He is in the liquor business with some one else. Hp referees boxing and wrestling bouts. If he would stick to New York he could make money twico as fast in our restaurants. "We have two, one 011 Eighth Avenue and one on Broadway, and there's an other ready in the Grand Central district. It cost £50,000." Mr. Amron says Dempsey keeps going from morning until night. "I don't know how he does it," he declared.
