Sir,—May J appeal to the Minister of Railways to make available to the public of New Zealaiid excursion' rates of fares available lor above with a minimum period of two weeks ior return journey. After all, it is the duty of the Government to endeavour to reduce travelling costs to such as will enable most people to pay a visit to this wonderland and also give them a fair amount of time there.
