The committee will advise 011 various -aspect's of farm management where Competent managers are not available, and give assistance if lalaur is unprocurable at the busy season. Tim committee comprises Messrs. A. E. Mikkel.seti, F. T. Halligan, E. 11. Western and J. T. Finnegan. A decision to inaugurate a farm managers scheme to enable farmers to have annual holirlays and to liave capable assistance ready in case of emergency was also made, and Messrs. 10. \V. -Martini A. Bowler and E. H. Western were appointed to investigate the proposal.
