PEASANTS FOR LIBYA (Received October 30, 7.10 p.m.) MILAN, Oct. 25) Eleven thousand peasants —men, women and children —most of them from Venetia, left Venice to-day in three large liners for Libya to carry out tlio second colonisation scheme. NEW ITALIAN TOWN (Received October 30, 6.5 p.m.) ROME. Oct. -20 Signor Mussolini officially opened today the town of Prometia, which is the fifth to be built on reclaimed ground of the Pontine marshes.
