SEWERAGE EXTENSION PROPOSAL FOR £6OOO LOAN ; A report that, as a result of complaints received, and an inspection of the Kelston area, it was necessary that the sower should be extended to that .. locality, was received from the medical '< officer of health, Dr. T. J. Hughes, at last night's meeting of the New Lynn Borough Council. Agreement with Dr. Hughes was expressed by the borough engineer, who said the cost of the work Would be approximately £6OOO.
