SEWERAGE EXTENSION PROPOSAL FOR £6OOO LOAN ; A report that, as a result of complaints received, and an inspection of the Kelston area, it was necessary that the sower should be extended to that .. locality, was received from the medical '< officer of health, Dr. T.
