PIRATE SHIP CARNIVAL

Attractive floral decorations added to the bright and happy atmosphere which prevailed at the Pirate Ship Cabaret at Milford on Saturday night, when the weekly old-time carnival dance was held. Excellent transport arrangements for city visitors, and the inclusion of modern dance numbers were other features which wore appreciated. Musical items by tho cabaret orchestra of six instruments included many of the latest swing melodies, and were received with warm enthusiasm. The winners of tho Monte Carlo competition were I\liss J. Townsend and Mr. H. Tomperton. The second prize was won by Mr. and Mrs. F. Bowman.
