Friday Stated by the police to have attracted the attention of traffic inspectors because lie drove so slowly, H (chard Cornwall Conn, aged 31, pleaded guilty in the Magistrate's Court torday to haying been in a state of .intoxication while in charge of a motor-car on the Ngahauranga Gorge Road. He jwas fined £ls and his,driving licence was cancelled for'one year.
