Mr. S. J. Harbutt, chairman of the Auckland Electric-Power Board, returned from Wellington by the limited express yesterday, after attending a meeting of the.-New Zealand Power Boards' Association.
The Rev. S. E. Woods is to continue as chaplain at Canterbury University College for a fourth year, an extension of his appointment having been ap? proved hv the standing committee of the Diocese of Christchurch.
The Rev. E. Blackwood Moore, vicar of Papatoetoe, will.enter.the camp at Hopuhopu to-morrow as Church of England chaplain. He will relieve Archdeacon Hawkins, who has been doing temporary duty at the camp pending the. appointment.of a permanent cliaplain.
The Rt. "Rev. H. St. Barbe Holland, Bishop of Wellington, has decided to return to New Zealand . at. an early date, according to advic-e received by the vicar-general of the diocese. Archdeacon W. Bullock. Bishop Holland expects to arrive at Wellington lata next month or. early, in December. ,
