SOUTH AFRICAN PEER
SHORT DOMINION VISIT A member of a prominent South African family, Lord Arthur de Villiers, arrived from Sydney by tie Maunganui yesterday on a short visit, to New Zealand. Lord'de Yilliers, who is 27, was educated at. Oxford university and is the third holder of the title, having succeeded in 1934. He is interested in farming.
