MAN GIVES HIMSELF U.P COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE A charge of breaking and entering the counting house of the Kauri Timber Company, Limited, and stealing Is lid on August 12 was admitted by Robert Hume, aged 36. unemployed, in the Police Court before Mr. J. Molding, S.M., yesterday. In a statement, accused, who gave himself up the day after the offence, admitted entering the office and taking the money. When discovered by the watchman he had run off and hidden himself until the next morning. Accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
