FAMILY FOR DOMINION CRAFT DECLARED UNSAFE Independent Cable Service LONDON, Auff. 18 In spite of the opposition of the Town Council, Mr. George Pope, a former seaman, with his wife and two children, sail from Chichester to-day in a 30ft. converted lifeboat to seek work in New Zealand as an electrician. Councillor Keates asserted that the boat was unsafe, as the open cockpit would be flooded in rough weather.
