DEFAULTERS IN AUSTRALIA CANBERRA, Aug. 19 It is estimated that between 75.000 and 100,000 persons have failed to furnish man-power cards for the national register. The Federal Cabinet will consider what action should be taken against them. Each defaulter is liable to a fine of £SO and three months' imprisonment.
