The winner of the first division, Kentucky, showed a good burst of speed. A ready-made colt, he is-a half-brother to Susan and Penzance, and looks very forward. Lovaals, the full-sister to Vaals, created a good impression and is a neat filly with a good' action. The colt by Beau Pore from Vervain did not appear to be as experienced as the others, and should make more improvement than most. Deannn Burbin, a fine big filly, outclassed the field in the second division. A lialf-sistor to Prince Colossus, she has an effortless style of moving and more is likely to be heard of her. Calula Boy. Merryman and Golden Bonnet are speedy looking youngsters, but Stratford and the colt by Phaloron Bay from Silver Rule stood out as far as appearances went.
