SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
COMMENCEMENT TO-DAY Most of the primary and secondary schools in the Auckland district will to-dav commence their holidays aftor tho second term. Some of.the private schools closed yesterday. For the first time schools under the Auckland Education Board will reopen on Tuesday. September 5, instead of on the preceding Monday. For secondary schools tho period of the. holiday will be three weeks, the majority of them reopening on September 12.
