He said that no effort would be spared to bring to justice those who were guilty of these criminal and cowardly attacks. Mr. Ghamberlain said he was sure the -House would join with him in expressing the deepest sympathy with those who had suffered, in these and other outrages, and with their families. He had been informed that the Prevention of Violence Bill would pass through all stages in the House of Lords to-morrow. , In view of the importance of the earliest possible passage of the measure, he proposed to ask the House to agree to the suspension of the four o'clock rule to-morrow as a precautionary measure, so that there might be time for consideration of any House of Lords amendments: and that the bill might then be' ready for the Royal-As-, sent. ■ - ' - .... . -
