NEW CABINET'S DEFEAT THE HAGUE, July 27 The new Netherlands Government was defeated in Parliament to-day by 55 votes to 27, the Socialists supporting the Catholics. The Prime Minister, Dr. Colijn, is expected to resign. The former Cabinet resigned on June 20 owing to the Prime Minister's differences with the Catholic Party. Dr. Colijn, who had at first asked to be excused from the ta.sk. succeeded in forming a new one on July 24.
