A service was conducted in tho chapel of the Flying Angel Mission by the Rev. 11. K. Vickery, who dedicated the Red Ensign, the Hag of the Sea Rangers, and gave an address. The singing of the last verse of "Eternal Father" brought tho ceremony to a close. The visitors were entertained by the Sea Rangers in the large hall of the Mission. One Ranger danced the Sailors' Hornpipe, and all joined heartily in the singing of several sea chanties. Following supper, Mrs. D. B. Robertson, Divisional Commissioner, presented a number of proficiency badges which had been Avon by the Rangers. A trophy in the form of a miniature yacht was presented for competition by Miss H. M. Whittaker, district commissioner. Tho singing of "Taps" brought a pleasant and interesting evening to a close.
